  • Enhanced productivity: Automation accelerates the picking process, enabling faster order fulfillment and delivery.
Hai Robotics HaiPick Climb innovative approach to efficient storage and retrieval

HaiPick Climb

Unlike aisle-based AS/RS, HaiPick Climb attaches to one side of standard racking, enabling access from both sides of narrow aisles while reducing installation costs. This configuration allows the robot to deliver totes to workstations in as little as two minutes, 34% faster than aisle-based AS/RS. It can also reduce storage footprints by up to 75%.

With the goal of presenting a simple, high-density storage and retrieval solution, HaiPick Climb offers a high-performance alternative to traditional AS/RS. This system enhances efficiency and scalability while minimizing infrastructure requirements.

  • 10-minute order fulfillment time
  • 4K totes per hour
  • Storage up to 12 meters
  • 30-minute training time for workers
