Leadership and Development Rotational (LADR) Programme

FORTNA offers a special rotational career development programme where participants spend their first year rotating through assignments in either Engineering, Project Management or Consulting. In our programme, you will accelerate your career development through one of three critical tracks, ensuring comprehensive on-the-job training and providing you a fast track to success.
