Fisher Auto Parts’ growth through acquisitions led to a mixture of owned and leased distribution facilities that were running out of capacity and constraining future growth. FORTNA helped them consolidate their network for greater efficiency, and design and build a new multi-banner DC where they merged fulfillment for their different brands.
